Karin Reuter-Rice Receives AFPNP 2013 Researcher of the Year Award

Congratulations to Karin Reuter-Rice, PhD, CCRN, CPNP - AC/PC, FCCM, recipient of the "AFPNP 2013 Researcher of the Year Award" presented at last week’s NAPNAP Conference in Boston, MA.

The prestigious AFPNP Researcher of the Year Award, is presented by the Association of Faculties of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and recognizes a pediatric nurse practitioner who has made significant contributions through research to the advancement of pediatric healthcare.  The award was presented by AFPNP president, Judy Verger, PhD, RN, CPNP-AC, and AFPNP President - Elect, Mary Berg, DNP, RN, CPNP-PC.

NAPNAP offers a variety of awards to recognize those individuals and organizations that promote children's health and PNP practice.  In addition, the NAPNAP Foundation supports education and practice through a number of grant and scholarship programs.
