The National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN) will hold their 2013 conference this October in Nashville, TN. Founded in 1984, NANN is a well-established organization made up of over 1,000 neonatal nursing providers. According to their website mission statement, “NANN is the professional voice that shapes neonatal nursing through excellence in practice, education, research and professional development.” In 2007, NANN also established the National Association of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NANNP,) dedicated solely to neonatal nurse practitioners.
