We currently have a very exciting opportunity for the position of Pediatric Nurse Manager in the Cardiology outpatient unit at this leading children’s academic hospital in the Northwestern U.S. The Manager in this role is responsible for the overall management of the clinical and site of care operations within the Cardiology Clinic. They oversee clinical nursing care at the off-site clinics to include meeting continuous performance improvement, customer service, financial and care delivery requirements. They work with the Division Chiefs and Director to implement strategic initiatives for the Heart Center and Ambulatory Services. Some travel is required for off-site visits to outlying clinics. This is a regular full-time, days position that offers competitive salary and benefits.
