With excellent salary and benefits, the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Stem Cell Transplant job in Dallas Texas is an incredible opportunity.  The PNP in Stem Cell Transplant is a member of the team that offers stem cell transplantation and bone marrow transplant for children with a variety of malignant and non-malignant disorders, using their state-of-the-art therapies and treatments. They have performed more than 250 transplants since the program began, and they have recently expended the unit to twelve beds. The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Stem Cell Transplant is a specialized health care provider who is responsible for the care and management of patients in the Stem Cell Transplant setting, managing the entire patient course in collaboration with the attending physician. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, diagnostics, independent decision-making, collaborative management of health and illness problems, leadership and the ability to critically analyze and translate findings into practice.
