Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Cardiac Transplant

This leading children’s hospital and medical center has an opportunity for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Cardiac Transplant unit of their cardiology department. The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Cardiac Transplant uses their clinical expertise to collect data necessary for the assessment, diagnosis and plan of patient care development. They develop outcomes as measurable goals, subject to revision as necessary during the course of treatment. Working in the team environment of the cardiac transplant unit, the PNP uses their leadership skills and experience to provide optimal cost-effective care management while educating staff to ensure a healthy and secure work environment.
