Association Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurses-Aphon Conference 2010
Later in the month, we were in Minneapolis at the Association of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurses (APHON) conference for pediatric hematology/oncology and allied healthcare professionals. We were excited to meet members at the most highly attended conference they’ve ever had, and we learned a lot from discussions with visitors to our booth about current trends and issues affecting pediatric hematology/oncology nursing. The Conference offered educational opportunities for all levels of knowledge and experience, particularly regarding treatment options for the care of pediatric hematology/oncology patients.
