Neonatal Nurse Practitioner - Memphis, TN
If you are a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, we have a great opportunity for you to join the Neonatal Intensive Care team at this leading academic children’s hospital in the southeastern U.S.  The NNP in this role is responsible for the delivery of direct patient care to critically ill newborns and premature infants with complex care needs in this 60 bed Level IV NICU.  Using their special training and experience, the board certified nurse practitioner in this role assesses NICU patients through clinical assessment, evaluation and tests.  They develop plans of care, recommend treatment therapies including ECMO and therapeutic hypothermia, and prescribe medications appropriate for the patient.  They participate in daily rounds and manage the transfer of patients to/from other units or hospitals.  Most of the NICU patients were born at other hospitals.  The NNP is also an educational resource for families and other healthcare professionals.

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit - Houston, TX
This is a great opportunity for the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with experience in caring for children in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit to join the PICU team at the West campus community hospital location of this leading academic children’s hospital.   In consultation with and under the direct supervision of the attending physician, the PNP in this PICU assesses, evaluates, plans and implements comprehensive medical or surgical care for children who have been injured, undergone surgery or are undergoing special diagnostic procedures.  Additional responsibilities of this advanced practice provider include initiating and changing orders for tests and patient care based on the condition of the patient, and identifying and documenting changes or abnormal findings in the condition of patients using appropriate problem solving skills and experience.  The PNP is also an educational resource for patients and their families.

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatry - Cincinnati, OH
This leading academic children's hospital medical center has a great opportunity for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join their Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.  Their team of psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers is dedicated to improving child health in their family-centered care environment.  The psychiatric team addresses a wide range of inpatient and outpatient mental health needs, working to diagnose, treat and prevent emotional and behavioral problems for patients from infancy through age 18 with the goal of helping them manage their conditions and live a full life.  Their inpatient program includes 85 beds at three locations.

If you are an experienced nurse leader who is passionate about quality care for sick and newborn infants, consider this new position as Manager of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at this leading academic children’s hospital.  This opportunity is perfect for someone who is a strong leader and visionary with a desire to lead the team devoted to providing excellent, specialized, intensive care in the 36 bed Level III NICU for patients with medical and surgical conditions.  The NICU Manager is responsible for evaluating, providing and improving nursing services as they plan, direct, coordinate and control resources for neonatal intensive care.  They provide staff support, education and development for current and new employees.  Available life support systems in this state-of-the-art NICU include continuous electronic monitoring, high frequency oscillatory ventilation, heart-lung (ECMO), inhaled nitric oxide therapy, body cooling, and surgical correction of congenital defects.

Family Nurse Practitioner - Rehoboth Beach, DE
