We have a new opportunity at this leading academic children’s hospital for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner working with patients ranging in age from 0-21 in their Lung Transplant Program.  The PNP in this role provides primary care or acute/chronic health care to patients who are preparing for, undergoing or recovering from lung transplant.  Specific skills and responsibilities of the PNP in Lung Transplant include physical assessment, diagnosis, well child care, management of illness, leadership, consultation, research and teaching.

 Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Heart Transplant - Phoenix, AZ
This leading children’s hospital has a new opportunity for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/Cardiac Transplant Coordinator to expand their pediatric advanced heart failure, ventricular assist device and heart transplant program.  The program focuses on providing comprehensive care for congenital heart patients with end stage heart failure.  The ideal candidate for this PNP position is an advanced nursing care provider, researcher and future leader in the area of pediatric cardiac transplantation.
