The NAPNAP Conference successfully kicked off today in Orlando, FL! Jill Gilliland, President of
Melnic Consulting Group, presented an interactive session entitled, "PNP Career Connections" and provided valuable insights on job search strategies. Jill shared tips on PNP career management, including networking, resume building, interviewing, negotiations and PNP salaries. Two of the key takeaways from Jill Gilliland’s talk were “Every Conversation, Walk Away with Something” (networking) and “Empower Yourself” to effectively manage your career. Thoughtful questions and observations from attendees led to further discussion of topics that were of particular interest to new grads.
