Kim has 20 years experience in the healthcare industry, and her expertise in physician and mid-level recruitment, retention, and contracting, makes her an extremely valuable and knowledgeable member of the Melnic team.Kim’s passion for improving company and employee relations attracted her to the field of Human Resources, where she found her niche in recruitment and retention within the health system. She enjoys working with physicians and physician office professionals to assist them in obtaining exceptionally qualified Pediatric Nurse Practitioners to meet their recruitment needs. Kim is committed to providing clients with exceptional sales support and service.
Kim is an outdoor adventurist who loves kayaking, snow skiing, golfing, traveling and spending time with friends and family. She is a proud and devoted mom who often volunteers at her son’s special needs school. Kim also supports and volunteers for the Special Olympics while her son participates in the bowling and track and field events.
