Melnic Consulting Group would like you to meet Dodie Sampson, our marvelous Executive Marketing Specialist. Her extensive background in human resources, training and development and corporate communications led to her current role with Melnic Consulting. Throughout her years in corporate development, Dodie was involved in developing online training programs and implementing a learning management system. Her ultimate satisfaction has always been in helping people do their jobs better and experience more joy at work. Dodie is dedicated to helping pediatric nurses have a successful placement experience by making sure those who come to Melnic have the necessary tools through our website and job postings.

Originally from Chicago, Dodie now lives in Austin, Texas so that she can be closer to her 6 grandkids – all under the age of 4, including a set of triplets! She is a proud and loving Mother and Grandmother (also known as "Dee Dee Do") who enjoys helping out whenever she is needed….which is often! Dodie stays active with her many hobbies which include golf, gardening, and cooking classes – just to name a few. She has also been involved in several volunteer organizations such as Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and "Chefs for Humanity" who help raise funds and provide resources for important emergency, education, and hunger-related causes within the United States and throughout the world. Dodie’s kind heart and generous demeanor makes her a truly special individual loved by everyone she meets. Melnic is blessed to have her on our team!
