According to the May 17th article written by Robert Lowes in the Medscape Medical News, the latest rankings of children's hospitals by US News & World Report have been posted. This year the rankings depend more on clinical results such as survival rates and hemoglobin A1c control, and less on overall reputation.
Yet again, Children's Hospital of Boston, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center continue to lead the rankings! These 3 hospitals also lead an overall honor roll of 11 institutions that excel in at least 4 specialties.
