Join a leading family health center located just outside of our nation's capital in historic Alexandria, VA. Thi is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team of medical professionals that provides comprehensive medical care to families in this large metropolitan area. Responsibilities of the PNP in this full-time role include histories, physical assessments, diagnostic tests, screenings, diagnosis/treatment and prescribing medications. The practice is currently installing a new Electronic Medical Records system, and EMR experience is a definite plus for candidates interested in this position.
The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in this busy practice has primary care PNP experience in addition to EMR experience. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 11:30 am, and 2:00 – 6:00 pm. The position includes medical benefits, paid vacation and sick day allowance in addition to paid CME days and course cost reimbursement.
