Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, CVICU - Wilmington, DE
Bring your clinical expertise, skills and experience in pediatric cardiovascular care to join the CVICU team at this leading children’s hospital located in the Mid-Atlantic region of the U.S.   This opportunity is for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to work in the cardiac intensive care unit in the Cardiac Center that is dedicated to the challenges of pediatric heart disease and its treatment.  The Advanced Practice Nurse in the CVICU is a clinical specialist who provides family-centered direct and indirect care in the inpatient, ambulatory and outpatient settings for patients with congenital or acquired heart disease.  Responsibilities include performing inpatient and outpatient admission assessments, assisting with pre-op and post-op patient care, coordinating overall patient care with the healthcare team, evaluating and documenting patient progress, providing patient/family support and education and participating in department quality initiative and patient care conferences.

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, CVICU - Seattle, WA
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit of this leading academic children’s hospital in the Pacific Northwest working with babies, children, teens and young adults with acquired or congenital cardiac conditions. The PNP in this cardiac role provides clinical management of patients including patient histories, physicals, ordering, performing and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications and developing treatment plans. Directing or participating in the management of continuing care, the PNP collaborates and consults with other members of the health care team to ensure cardiac patients are receiving effective, efficient, safe high quality care leading to desired outcomes. In addition to direct patient care, the PNP in the CVICU contributes to continuous performance and quality improvement projects for the department and the organization, while actively participating in education and research efforts for patients, families and the health care team and mentoring new medical staff.

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, PICU- 2 locations - Houston, TX
This is a great opportunity for an acute care certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with critical care experience to join the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit teams that provide coverage at the main hospital and the suburban community hospital locations of this leading academic children’s hospital. In consultation with and under the direct supervision of the attending physicians, the PNP in this PICU position assesses, evaluates, plans and implements comprehensive medical or surgical care for children who have been injured, undergone surgery or are undergoing special diagnostic procedures. Additional responsibilities of this advanced practice provider include initiating and changing orders for tests and patient care based on the condition of the patient, and identifying and documenting changes or abnormal findings in the condition of patients using appropriate problem solving skills and experience. With a solid knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, the PICU PNP is an educational resource for other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, patients and their families.

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Urgent Care - Dallas, TX
This is a great opportunity for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner experienced in Urgent Care to join the Fast Track Urgent Care team at this leading academic children’s hospital.  If you enjoy working in a fast-paced high-volume setting, consider this available position on the Fast Track Urgent Care team providing comprehensive care and management of patients aged 0-18.
